Great experience with king computer, the owner is very helpful to tell me what my imac problem is , how much it would cost in advance, we agreed for the price, but on the second day, he actually called me that the problem he thought could have actually is fine, and gave me new quote which is a lot cheaper, he is just so honest about what he is doing , i know where i go in the future if my pc got any problems again.

Gave my Xbox series x in last Thursday. Microsoft were charging me a hefty fee to get my hdmi port repaired, but over here I was charged £85 which is a really good price and I had my Xbox repaired within a day. Very professional as well as they knew what to do. I would recommend going there if there are console issues.

My printer broke down on me this morning, but I had to print an eBay return label and get it sent ASAP. The member of staff was good and polite, the total cost of using the computer for a few minutes and printing two pages was very very very low! Also lots of used PCs for sale and components. If my own printer ever breaks again I know exactly where I'm going!

First of all, I have only ever known King Computer from google search and review.
Brought a gaming laptop, Acer Nitro, for RAM and SSD card upgrade installation at 2pm. I provided an ssd card but they were still happy to do it. I suggest that you transfer all your important files on an external drive before upgrade. However, even though I still have some files that I forgot to remove, they were careful to save it.
With regards to the RAM card, I wasn't sure what to buy for my laptop model so they said to let them check first before deciding. I wrote my contact details and left the unit with them

Took my ps5 in to get it's hdmi socket repaired and it was fixed and ready to collect the next day and the shop was ready to close but the guy stayed and waited a bit longer for me to come down and collect it. I'm very happy it's fixed the guy is very friendly and saved me alot of money because Sony was trying to charge me £240 to fix it and I got it done for £85 so no complaints from me 😁 thank you very much

I have brought my keyboard to be fixed while one of the key was broken and needed to be soldered.they did an amazing job , without them I would have had to purchase another keyboard.
Another request about my PS4 that needed a good clean on the heat sink, and I wasn’t sure they could do it, when I phoned, they immediately said they can do it, just to bring my PS4, and the job will be done for me. Wonderful response on both occasions.. I’m very pleased with their work so far, and I recommend them strongly to anyone who has any device’s issues.

My review just as I promised; these guys restored my family pictures that suddenly disappeared from the SD card with some formatting error message whilst I was viewing them. I went berserk cos I was selecting memories for a funeral. Came to King computers close to tears and by the next day they called me with all the pictures restored. Thanks guys from me and from the loving memories of my big mama.
