1st class experience with these guys today. The screen on my iphone XR was smashed, the LCD had gone and I had black blotches and coloured lines. I went online and saw that a repair at the Apple store would've cost nearly as much as a new phone. I decided to take it to Welwyn Hatfield Mobile Store. They replaced the screen and had it looking good as new in under 30 mins for a fraction of the cost. Big thumbs up!!

I have a Huawei P20 Pro and I had a dropped my phone which cracked the corner of the screen quite badly. The screen then start to have purple blotches appear all over it. The guys here went above and beyond to replace my screen and was very quick, within 45 mins. There was a bit of an issue at first where my speaker stopped producing sound, the top of the new screen was covering my notifications and the brightness was very dark upon unlocking the phone. They had looked into after I brought my phone back and determined the screen used wasn't an original. They promptly replaced that screen aswell

the manager was so disrespectful, took my money and didn't fix it properly, so I had to drive back and forth and spend extra cash on new charges unnecessarily. Very rude and unhelpful

Dropped my Blackberry Key2 and cracked the screen badly - and as this is no longer a production model thought - "this is it" - no more Blackberry. However Welwyn Hatfield Mobile came to the rescue and were even there on a Sunday to answer my call.
I had tried other repair shops in the Midlands where I live with no luck and these guys were on the ball. Drove to Hatfield and was met by Sunni and his colleague and they showed me the new screen to check it was the correct one.
Nice cafe across the street for a coffee and an hour later my treasured Blackberry is back, working, good as new!!

Thank you very much for fixing my Sony z2 a few weeks ago at a fair price when my screen was broken. And what made me please with customer service was that you didn't try to overcharge me and think easy target. They didn't think like that which makes me happy about that. Fantastic work and service! To me, they were like miracle workers. I had nearly given up on ever getting my files, photos, etc as the Insurance and EE had told me only option was to get new phone. Staff at the Phone Shop fixed screen within 45 minutes and my files and I were reunited 🎊🙏🏼! I cannot sincerely express how relieved and excited I was! Thank you and keep up the great work.

Such a great repair shop. 10/10 customer service and very fast. The guy even made sure I could collect my phone out of the shops usual hours which was a life saver. Phone is as good as new and at a very reasonable price.
