It's a pretty straightforward process. We suggest you start with booking a consultation. You'll receive a call from a member of our team to discuss the kind of support you're looking for. We'll then send you our recommendations and suggest the VA we feel is appropriate for your needs. Then if you're happy to go forward, we'll tell you how to set up an account online and you can then start working with your VA soon afterwards.
If you've decided that you have the skills and desire to become a Virtual Assistant (VA) and need help getting started, we are offering a one-on-one VA Mentoring Programme. Our programme is designed for all those newbies out there and for those setting up on their own, as well as established VA's, who are seeking support and looking for advice on how to navigate the VA world.
As a member of the VA-UK team, you will have access to the following platforms, unlocking lots of new opportunites. Have professional email addresses and landline telephone numbers to ensure security. Back up all data securely off site. Answer phone calls or emails received within office hours by the next working day or to have an answerphone or autoresponder informing callers of their return date.

My experience of working with Nicky of VA-UK has been brilliant.
Nicky is incredibly organised and professional and works to such a high standard. Running my own business, I have often felt overwhelmed by the technical aspects of my job and have needed someone to proof write my material while ensuring consistency across all of my platforms and branding.
With Nicky I rarely have to say much as she seems to get what I do and what I need and often makes suggestions that ultimately enhance my product.

Having used a few virtual PAs in the past I have found Nicky to be a very conscientious and reliable worker, and seems adaptable to any industry. I don't want to write a review for Nicky because it feels like saying goodbye ! But we're certainly not done yet. Nicky brilliantly led a international project for us and we a truly grateful for the work done. Nicky is approachable, friendly and professional in her manner. She listened to the situation I found myself in and made logical suggestions. We agreed a work schedule, time and fee. Nicky from VA UK did a great job for me, I am very happy with the service she did provide, beautiful logo and business cards for my small company.
