I created SW Virtual PA Services because after many, many years of working in administration, customer service and management positions, I felt it was time to take a little more control of my life and to have more flexibility over the hours I work. Together with a few equally experienced friends I can now extend this flexibility to you.

It is important that complaints are managed efficiently and effectively to promote customer satisfaction and to limit potential damage to reputation from negative feedback.

We will contact your clients on your behalf to find out if there is any reason the invoice has not been paid, maybe there is a query or an issue that could be easily resolved and, if there is no issue, we will maintain contact with that client via email and telephone communication and, if necessary, recorded delivery correspondence, until payment is made.
