I'm Rose Tapper, founder of RT Admin Solutions. I have been running my Virtual Business Support business now for over 2 years. Prior to this, I ran a business selling Kitchens and Bathrooms for the past 25 years. Starting with just my brother and I, we ended up employing 25 staff and managing around 50 subcontractors.

Rose has been doing my admin for a while now and she’s absolutely fantastic and takes everything into control. I had a program I was using which Rose hadn’t used before and she learnt how to use it and became more advanced than me on it ☺️

I went to see Rose for some help in bringing me and my administration up to date as I was still running things as I did 15 years ago. I hadn't moved on as I didn't understand what to do or where to go. Rose set everything up and explained what I needed to know in a way that I understood and could use what was in place straight away. 3 months later… I have a website, enquiry forms, I send and receive emails with attachments all on my own! may not sound a lot but until Rose sorted this my smart phone was for Facebook and pictures as I had no knowledge of how to use a computer or my phone.
