I visited Phoenix Fireplaces as i was looking for a Gas fire for my Mom. Steve who i believe is the owner was most helpful and was able to assist me in finding the right fire to suit my Moms living room.
The price was very competitive and his team were excellent when they delivered and fitted the fire and tool the old one away.

For 80 year olds purchasing a new fire is a complicated process, but from the very first moment we walked through the showroom door through to the installation last week, the whole process has been stress free. My parents were taken through the options slowly and patiently and never felt pressured by the staff who couldn’t of been more helpful.
