I went out with a new friend, and we had an excellent experience all around. The ambience was very calming, and the music was choice! We ordered the meat plate and the pickle plate, and both were delicious! Our host and server for absolutely wonderful! As a black person, who was accompanied by a white man, I would like to point out that the host and server addressed me respectfully and I feel like I was treated as just as much of a priority as he was. Eye contact, direct greeting, engaging in light conversation. Excellent! I forgot to take a picture before I started eating the pickle plate, so

Let me start off with saying the service was on point, we loved our server. But when it came to the food and drinks it is nothing we write home about. Yes it's unique and plated nice but missed on flavors. The duck soup was overly salty. The octopus was cooked correctly but what it was paired with lacked in flavor. The pierogies were cold and I felt deep fried for to long, oily. Finally the burger was okay, but fries were delicious. The drinks were really really strong. For a place I would consider to be somewhat finer dining it fell short. Now this may be just due to the night but I don't know

If you are looking for a cool relaxed place to get great food and drinks you will love this place. Great atmosphere. The duck confit is a hunter's stew style dish and it's PERFECT for a cold day. Bf and I go there all the time. Last time we went in our burgers were a little overdone but the waitress was super great about sending them back and they came out med. Rare the second time. The cocktails and starters are great as well.

The staff was amazing from before I walked in the door to when I left. What a happy crew! The 9 of us were a fun handful, changing places, separate checks, more that one round of food orders and plates everywhere. Our server was on top of it all as well as all support staff!! We shared almost everything we ordered and all was top notch food! The dessert were also lovely and I love dessert. Well done nightingale!!!

We were greeted by Ashley and she was very friendly and hospitable. Our server, Thomas, was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The bouillabaisse was really good, and Thomas got me enough bread to "mop up" the bowl. Nice ambience. My 'God Save Tbe Queen" cocktail was ok, the Sazerac was better. I'd stick with the foods here. Give this restaurant a try.
