Today I had a Sunday Roast in this place with my friend and it was the worst I’ve had so far. The meat wasn’t cooked properly, so it was really difficult to cut it. The potatoes tasted very weird as if they had been wormed up in a microwave and the pudding was pretty much disgusting. We’ve paid £30 each for a meal that we didn’t enjoy and the staff didn’t seem to care as no one checked on us while we were trying to eat. When we complained the manager gave us a 25% discount and apologised but I still wouldn’t recommend their roast.

Joined for Christmas Day lunch here. Absolutely fantastic! The staff were brilliant, the food was phenomenal and the wine list is suitably broad. The only complaint is there is only cold water in the bathroom so not very hygienic imho (odd for such a nice place). Hopefully they fix this, definitely recommended!
