This was my first time renting a 7.5t vehicle with them and All I can say its a pure perfection. Brand new clean and fresh vehicle availiable at the time of booking. All of the devices you would need are fitted such as tail lift, bluetooth radio, Cruise control which was a salvation for a Journey to Doncaster and back over a tiring night. How about the Staff? Promptly picking up the phone calls, politely answering a question and on the day of hiring Quick, Nice and highly professional. Just simply saying: if you are looking to rent a vehicle, rest assured, your Journey ends up here. You won't find

Extremely bad customer service, the guy with the specs on was not at all helpful. We took the van at 12pm and technically 24 hours finishes the next day at 12 right? But he asked us to return the van at 9am the next day. When we asked him why? He said that’s his company’s policy. But if you take van 1 hour late, they will charge you £25. How’s that fair.
Extremely rude guy.
