Established in 1968 we were one of the first businesses to offer the local community an affordable alternative to public transport. We moved premises from St Johns Rd in Walthamstow to premises located in Walthamstow Central in 1973. Our new offices are open 24 hours a day to allow our customers to wait in a modern heated waiting room which has the added benefit of 24 hour security surveillance.
Our large fleet of vehicles are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and we undertake all journeys from Airport transfers to school runs. Our state of the art booking system allows bookings to be taken by telephone, text or online. All jobs are dispatched to the drivers via a secure data system.

We ordered a cab for a run from Walthamstow to Heathrow at 6.45 am on December 26. (TfL had shut down all rail service to the airport for Boxing Day!)
The driver was great, prompt, courteous. The car was clean and well maintained. The drive felt safe. The price was competitive.
Overall, no hesitation in recommending Central Radio Cards

I had a great experience booking Central Radio Cars for my journey in Central London, the taxi driver was on time, really helpful and kind throughout. The journeys are very reasonably and competitively priced and they have a 24/7 line which is useful to amend the bookings if needed. Would highly recommend and book again in the future whenever I need a taxi, thank you for the great service.

I have been using this reliable company for around 15 years but only felt compelled to leave a review this morning after the man in the office went above and beyond to help me get me and my cat (both quite stressed!) to our vet appointment after one of their other drivers got stuck in traffic. The man locked the office and came to pick me up personally while diverting the business calls so he could answer from the car. I'm so impressed and quite moved that he would go to such lengths - such care for the customer should be applauded. The driver who took me home later on was also absolutely lovely

The 5star reviews are definitely forged. This company lacks integrity, inflates prices and have verbally and physically abusive drivers. Ruined my day! Reported them to police too. I was left physically shaken and scared for my life. Pls guys do NOT use this company under any circumstances as theres a safety issue and their drivers have severe mental illness. Youre better off hitchhiking from a crazy homeless person.

The patience and care that this firm paid as beyond the call of duty. The driver waited for me at Heathrow airport for almost 4 hours. He drove me home carefully and in good humour given the extreme length of time he had waited. They cannot be faulted.
