Brilliant service phoned 3.30 on 12th October 1.30 on the 13th October bar fridge arrived I live in the north of Scotland and cannot believe the service I received most companies make an excuse that I live in the Highlands cannot believe such good service would certainly recommend Empire Supplies Ltd

Shopped around as needed good quality fridges for my new store and really glad I went with Empire. Amazing service from Abbie from 1st contact to after service to ensure I was fully happy with product and service. 5 out of 5 for Empire as fridge is fab but 6 for Abbie as fully understood customer needs and went above and beyond expectations from outset. Highly recommend and defo use again !

Website says item is in stock take your money but the item is coming from the Netherlands and the 14 day delivery is 14 working days which works out to approximately 3 weeks. My cafe is now closed waiting for an extractor and loosing money every Day. I will be buying one from somewhere else on Monday and seeking a refund .
What a nightmare of a company basically they just drop ship.
As per picture below is a lie as the stock is located in the Netherlands.

Used Empire supplies ltd for the first time when ordering a pie warmer, it came the next day on a pallet and very well packaged and looks fantastic.
I would defiantly use them again.

I was a bit hesitant about buying after reading some reviews, but I must say I was very impressed with the service and the help given by Sam,. I would highly recommend buying from them and my order arrived on time and in excellent condition. I love the oven, it's just what I needed and 1/2 the price of other ovens from competitors

Could not wish for a better service,
I had miss placed the keys to my double sliding door fridge that I bought around 18 months ago (that I’m over the moon with)
I got in touch with the sales team and was replied to by Samantha Schofeild, we’re do I begin the service and help that was provided was second to none.
