Overall I have to say that we were disappointed with the service. On the plus side I must say that the people to whom I spoke on the `phone were superb, and the guy who did the delivery was first class and a credit to the company. On the other hand a lot of the equipment that we hired was not clean! The cutlery in particular was not of a standard that would have been acceptable in any restaurant, and two of us spent an hour cleaning it before we felt it was clean enough to put on the tables. Some of the glassware was not acceptable, and surely it is not good enough to supply a glass which still
