When it comes to your service requirements, Fiswal Catering can meet all your catering needs. Whether it is on going maintenance, equipment repair or installation we have our own fully trained engineers to complete the task in hand. Service and repairs can be carried out on site, taking advantage of our very competitive call out rates or back at our workshop for portable appliances.
Simon Salt- a former BBC Masterchef, the Professionals quarter finalist- instructed Fiswal Catering to re-design the new kitchen using a combination of existing and new equipment. Our brief was to create a kitchen environment that would assist Simon and his team deliver his varied menu for the restaurant and functions.
Developed by owner of the DW Sports Empire Dave Whelan and delivered as a destination venue for vistors both on Matchday and for the general public to provide a premium 'Chippy' experience, we were tasked with optimising a large kitchen environment to cater for the 200 plus covers that this excellent venue caters for.
We were approached by Trafford Borough Council with the task of designing a complete new servery within the dining hall. This was to replace the mis-match of mobile units pushed together that had been used to date, which let down the newly refurbished 6th form area. We completed our design of the stainless steel servery complete with laminate fascia in the schools colours, which included chilled multidecks, hot food and ambient displays.
