Poor communication from the start, which should of given me a clue!
Multiple phone calls never replied to, my best man suit didn't arrive until the week of the wedding, so not able to try on.
Then arrived wrong size! Phoned on morning of wedding - no answer, left message. no response.
Tried to return suit after wedding, shop not open, even though I was told can be returned on Monday or Tuesday.
Called and left message, still not had a response 3 days later
Poor customer service, staff are helpful, but the owner\manager really needs to up his game - I wonder how he's stays in business

These guys were fantastic fitted myself for my wedding suit, made me feel comfortable in choosing a suit and were more than happy to run around grabbing different types and colours and helping me put them on (as new to wearing suits).
Lovely friendly staff and lots of choice even though quite a small shop so don't be put off.
Hired the suit for the wedding got lots of compliments and we're more than happy to change things to suit my needs. And was a very good price
Would happily use again.

After having a look around and trying all the local and previously recommended stores i tried Suitors. Tim's level of service was exceptional and was able to provide me with the perfect attire. The quality was fantastic compared to others i had tried on. I would highly recommend and will go here again.

We had great service during our recent visit to arrange suits for my sons wedding. The lady we saw was very helpful and offered many alternatives. We didn’t feel rushed at all. She took great care over measurements too. Thos was refreshing to see as our visit last year for my daughters wedding didn’t go so smoothly but was quickly resolved when we highlighted the issue to the manager. That particular member of staff seems to have left and been replaced by a great team.

My husband was recently part of a wedding party using suits from here. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the results. I feel the men were not advised or guided appropriately - they all ended up in "tails" that just didn't suit them or fit them properly!! Even if the suits were sized more appropriately I think the staff here lack the vision and ability to guide on style as Tails were an inappropriate option for older men with more "generous" proportions. The sleeves were all too long and trousers either too long or too short. Surely you expect a suit hire specialist to be able to advise

Recently been to suitors for my wedding suits, firstly my visit was very good, we were looked after well. When the rest of my party went, even though they had all the details, the lady we saw this time seemed a little unsure of our requirements. When I went to pick them up we had a couple of thing wrong which I thought rectified the issues. How wrong I was. 6 out of the 7 suits were wrong. I am guessing this was an Input error as all the suits fitted perfectly when we tried them on during the fitting. The response was have you grown or put on weight since the fitting!! Me and my dad purchased suits from this place and the service we receieved from Neil was as good as you will get from anywhere. Very welcoming, very helpful and an absolute lovely bloke. Suits were quality and we would highly recommend this place. Ignore that rubbish review below from Matt Fountain i dont know what planet he is on. Best place in Northampton.

Visited this establishment just to get a conformatery tick that the suits we were going to hire from another shop were good value for money. The quality of the suits far surpassed that of the other shop and combined with the knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff took little to change our minds. The staff in particular went out of there way to ensure we were getting what we wanted not what was an easy option. For those wanting to hire suits for a wedding . this is the only place to go.
