My partner and I rented a flat that was managed by Heywood & Partners in Hampstead for 2 years.
We dealt directly with Nicola Kirk and I can not overstate how prompt Nicola was at resolving any issues.
Any and all issues we had were rectified ASAP and our emails were always answered quickly which I’m sure any renter in London would testify is practically a miracle.
I literally don’t have a negative word to say about Nicola and the way she dealt with us a tenants as she made our time in Hampstead so pleasant and worry-free.
