I love staying at this hotel when I'm in London. The rooms are a great size and everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. It's a great spot for business travelers and the location is right across from Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. I always enjoyed walking in the neighborhood of the hotel.

Service was really great, they went above and beyond for my wife's birthday in a discreet way. The room was nice and incredibly comfortable bed, but styling was a little tired for me and the other areas of the room not as comfortable or that great. Bathroom was really nice. Breakfast was nicely done but the full English I had could have been done a bit better. Bacon a bit soft, eggs tasted of the vinegar they were poached in, sausage seemed underseasoned and toast that came with it was like a basic sliced white. I seem super picky but I think they could be better in this area for the level they

I have to say Baglioni hotel is the best place to stay in London! The location next to Kensington palace and very close to central transportation is perfect for any time of the year as the Kensington park is right across the street.
The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable and reception and lobby and restaurant areas are very nice and Cousy and not overly stuffed up so it’s wonderful to seat there in the evening.
But the best part about this hotel is the service - if I can give it 10 stars I would. Front desk manager Sara, her assistant Paulinka, consierge Donato and restaurant manager

We stayed here for three days in early November to celebrate my wife’s special b and our granddaughter’s 13th birthday . Whilst we didn’t eat at the hotel and therefore can’t speak for that aspect we all found the hotel to be a delight. The upgraded junior suites were fabulously comfortable, quiet, and elegant furnished and equipped. The situation is excellent and a bike ride through the interconnecting Hyde, Green and St James’s Parks on a sunny autumn morning was an absolute delight.
The service was impeccable and the staff courteous and friendly throughout our stay.

I booked this hotel through Amex fine hotel collection. I initially was hesitant, not knowing much about where to stay in London, and a previous review that wasn’t too flattering. We had such a lovely four night stay. Our room was a beautifully upgraded two room suite, much larger than expected. In room coffee and full mini bar. They sent a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to our room. The only issue was that you really could hear everything on the street, there was some repair work being done, and if you were a late sleeper, it could be bothersome. The staff was incredibly friendly, and

Really awesome underrated hotel. At about a third of the tariff of the trendy Mayfair places you get as good if not better rooms. Service is really excellent, with a nice Italian flair. The location is a bit less centrally located but if you like the stroll through the park it’s really not an inconvenience to go back and forth from the hotel to the more happening locations.

My husband and I just stayed at this amazing Hotel in Florence, Italy. We traveled to Rome, than Florence and out to Chiavari to meet my family where my fathers heritage is from. What an amazing trip and the Relais Santa Croce Hotel in Florence was 5 stars for us. We will be back and it won't be long. Love Italy!!!!

Want to stay at a Renaissance palace? This is it! The staff treats you like royalty. Food is excellent. The rooms more beautiful than you can imagine. I thought the pictures on their website were of special, expensive suites. Nope. They are typical rooms. And you are just a few steps from St. Mark's Square. A bit pricey but worth it!

This was my second stay at the Luna Hotel Baglioni, and it was just as amazing as the first. This is a property that simply defines what a stay in Venice should be, It sits at a corner of St. Mark's square, right behind Harry's bar, and an easy walk to all of Venice's high end and quaint shopping and dining. Walking into the hotel and into your room brings you into the luxury and opulence of Venetian history. The rooms are ornate, luxurious and comfortable (yes, the two twin twin beds together making a king was a little annoying, but even if that was the worst part of a hotel, it

We arrived by private water taxi right to the door. It was all we hoped for with beautiful lobby and great staff that were very helpful.
The room was beautiful with awesome bathroom. Bring ear plugs just in case of some external noises that the hotel can't control. The location is a one minute walk to S. Marco. Chose this hotel for the real deal Venetian experience.

This hotel is truly a 5-star hotel. Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was beautiful..Lobby was nice and clean. When it rained a little bit, they lent me an umbrella..View from my room was nice, too. It was close to Marco Square, shops, food and the gondola... Loved it..

This is one of those 5 star hotels where you don't really know how it got 5 stars instead of 4. Don't get me wrong, I had a good stay here, but in comparison to other hotels I stayed in on my trip with comparable pricing, I am not sure how this one is rated so highly. It is located literally a 1 minute walk from Piazza San Marco and all of the high end shopping, which was great. It is decorated in typical lavish Venetian style, with Murano glass chandeliers, sconces, fixtures, and silk walls. However, with silk walls and an ocean side locale, comes a gross smell that permeated the halls
