I have been to this Bike shop in Charminster 3 times to make enquiries about buying a bike. EVERY TIME they have been So helpful. I would highly recommend them because they are very knowledgeable, and, made me feel really at easy as my knowledge is limited. My help with a Bike Rack to fit on my 4x4 was brilliant just what I needed. I visited Onyerbike today, and they gave the best experience I could have ever received. I came in the shop to find out my frame was broken, and in a split second, they gave me all the variables of service. The younger member of staff in the shop was very friendly and was very knowledgable about the products and the Carrera bike that I came in with… too. I ended up getting a replacement bike, however they were still informing on some things about looking after the bike. It is definitely worth going to the shop, brilliant service, Fast at helping/knowledgable staff and know the right way
