I had done my own online research and was pleased to hear The Diamond Ring Company recommended to me by a work colleague. Arranging an appointment was straight forward with my emails being responded to very quickly. Michael was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. With his help I was able to find the perfect engagement ring which looked exactly how I’d imagined and (thankfully) suited my own budget. My Fiancee bought my engagement ring from the diamond ring company and it is stunning. They re-sized it for us with no issues and returned it clean, sparking and in a new box (as we accidently broke the one it came in). My Fiancee said they were really helpful when he was choosing the ring, but still let him make his own decisions.
