Designs in Mind (DiM) is a group of artists that have been referred by their GP, Mental Health Service. Personally, it has been an exciting journey as I was referred to DiM following my nervous breakdown in 2011. I love what we do at DiM, the various mediums of art that we use, such as ceramics, glass, papercutting, screen printing, lino printing, weaving, string work, dry and wet needle felting, silk work etc. The list seems endless and it's all exciting to be part of it. I am now a volunteer 2 days a week at DiM and feel honoured and privileged that I am in this new role of "standing beside"
