We are an award winning charity providing professional, high quality mental health support in the community. Our group led activities are proven and innovative. KIM sessions are friendly, fun and always focused on progression and individual development. We have decided to close The Hub and both of our Social Enterprise cafes (in Mold and Wrexham) and stop groups for the time being to keep everyone safe.
Hopefully it won't be for too long. In the mean time, we have created our Virtual Hub - so many exciting things to do! We want to keep in touch with you so please feel free to give us a call on 01352 872189, send an email to [email protected] or message through our website here. Also, watch out for posts and updates here on our website and Facebook and Twitter pages.

Services
Our groups are fun, informative, help to improve confidence and build emotional resilience. Join us for our Wednesday Zoom groups where we spend time together discussing the changes we can make to how we think and what we do in our everyday lives to improve our mental health. It's a friendly and supportive space where we share different approaches, strategies and suggestions for managing our well-being.
Anyone can experience mental health challenges regardless of age, gender, race or social background. Our men's recovery programme is designed to empower you to recognise and develop your strengths and abilities. Supporting you to improve your wellbeing through activity and engagement. Our group activities provide you with the opportunity to talk about challenges, and discuss issues which men can often find difficult.
The benefits of these activities include improved social interaction, greater community resilience and better for wellness outcomes for all. We already work with community organisations such as Holywell Football Club and Mold Tennis Club to build robust and resilient community links which benefit everybody invloved.
Just like our popular Inner Geeks every Monday in Holywell this group will be doing similar things such as Star Wars model painting, Minecraft as well as other games and interesting stuff. We will be sending some bits and bobs out to group members by post so you can be painting models in real life at home too!
In 2021, our Creative Thursday session will continue to have a range of crafty and creative activities on offer. In this group we aim to learn new skills, develop artistic flair and spend some time enjoying the many benefits of being creative. The sessions will have a mix of demonstrations, information sessions and plenty of chances for you to try new things.

Obviously can’t handle criticism as the truthful review keeps being taken down by the organisation I suspect I am reviewing. This is the fifteenth time I have reposted as they quite clearly don’t like negative truthful feedback. They have blocked me on Twitter even though I have never left negative comments about them and quite clearly they don’t want to address their failings as an organisation. They made me paranoid as I questioned what had happened to lottery funding they were granted that was intended to be used for group activities. I was deemed disruptive and told to leave the group
