(Vienna wall clock full restoration / overhaul)
Clock workings were cleaned and restored to a high standard.
Unfortunately the retailers name and address was rubbed off the clock face during the restoration process.
This gave the clock character and was part of the clocks history.
We were left to sort out our own winding key which we were told would be sorted at the beginning.
After service non existent
(Waiting for a response for over six weeks)
Very poor for a service costing - £475.00
Very disappointed.
