We have been dealing with Marta Duda and so far she has been really friendly, professional and helpful with getting the references completed, and getting in touch with the landlord when we needed to ask questions etc making the whole process of renting a new place with kids smooth and prompt so far.
Would definitely recommend her and the agency. We will be moving shortly and we are happy we choose LudlowThompson to do it with. :-)

We had a good experience when searching for a property. The agent, Marta, showed us the flat and she did everything fast so we could move in within 3 days. All the info was given by email so it's clear and easy. The agency offers 24/7 line support for emergencies which is very convenient.
