MiDAS is the Minibus Drivers Awareness Scheme, organised by the Community Transport Association U.K. (CTA) which promotes an award winning nationally recognised standard for the assessment and training of minibus drivers.
It is a membership based scheme that is designed to enhance minibus driving standards and promote the safer operation of minibuses and currently there are well over 5,000 member organisations throughout the UK comprising of local authorities, schools, colleges, care groups, community transport groups, youth groups and charities.It costs nothing to join, you just have to agree as an organisation to the continuing commitment of the scheme.

If your assessment of first aid needs highlights the need for qualified first aiders, then this level 3 qualification (level 6 in Scotland) will provide you with suitable, highly trained personnel.
This one-day Emergency Paediatric First Aid course has been designed for those who have an interest in child and infant basic life support. If you have a professional interest, i.e. you are a child-minder or school teacher, etc, then this course partly fulfils the requirements of Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
