These courses are managed and accredited through the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health - www.cieh.org.
As part of our commitment to Health & Safety, West-pro arrange CIEH (Chartered Institute for Environmental Health) Food Safety Training courses. Other non CIEH courses can be made available, for example; nutrition for Child Minders for 0 to 5 year olds. Food presentation for children's food for Child minders to include recipes and nutritional values.
David Manson has 22 years experience in health and safety and protecting the public in a wide range of roles. He specialises in light engineering, protection from violence and implementing safe working practises. Recent experience includes The Prison Service where he was responsible for the wellbeing of over 2,500 staff and prisoners at various sites and some of the largest custodial manufacturing plants in Europe.
