The company began in residential lettings, purchasing family homes, HMO's, flats, bedsits and hotels. This allowed the company to gain vital experience in providing the best service possible to meet the needs of the tenants.
We pride ourselves on providing the best accommodation available to students in Hull and along with that the management is second to none. We have a dedicated team taking care of your repairs 24 hours a day. Castle Homes takes the health and wellbeing of all our tenants extremely seriously. Our staff are available 24 hours a day and are ready to respond quickly in the case of any emergency.

No problems on first few months other than that there is no telephone reception for my phone, but toward the end of me living here (about 4-5 months left) my roommates became very untidy resulting to rats eating food and coming into the kitchen every night. Also there has been leaks that have caused the hallway floors to warp. Despite this the staff have been very friendly and the landlords are really helpful and responsive even after office hours. Stars are only based on my experience here.

Best landlords I've had in my 5 years in Hull, If you're a student specifically I highly recommend Castle Homes! They are super attentive and lovely, always willing to help with any problems quickly. Are also very good with maintaining communication with tenants in regards to any changes or viewings. 10/10

The best student landlords in Hull!! Had absolutely no problems with anything in the property, property was beautifully decorated and spotless when we arrived. Landlord communicated with us all throughout our tenancy, and let us know in plenty of time for viewings etc. Could not recommend them enough!

I studied in Hull and lived here for a fair time, a nd recently needed a place to stay at for a short while. I have contacted at least 20 landlords and house owners and never received and treatment better than the one here at castle homes. Absolutely the best landlord in Hull and I couldn’t fault them. They helped me out even though I probably wont make them a lot of money in a way that I did not expect. They provide unquestionably lovely rooms, flats, and services; they are extremely understanding; and they wont treat you badly straight after you sign the contract like many other landlords might

Landlords are very responsive, friendly, helpful and efficient with the system. Houses are on a secured street and help clients to feel safe. Only needed a short let for a summer course at Hull University, and had a great experience with Castle Homes. The room was absolutely fine for my needs, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, handy-sized desk, comfy chair and the en-suite was a welcome extra. Having the office on site is very convenient and my one issue with a bathroom light was rectified straight away. A very well-run student accommodation.

Best of the best! Rented with Castle Homes for my last year of university, completely the opposite of other student apartments. Everything was freshly redecorated before we moved in, we were provided with bits and bobs around the house all new which was thoughtful and saved us some hassle. Never had any serious problems except for a leaky sink and window frame, all fixed the same day or the next if a specialist was required. When our washer was knackered we were provided with a brand new one within a couple of days, and in the meantime we were provided with the offer to use the office apartment

Lived in 14 Washington for my 3rd year and it has by far been the best living experience I have had while at uni, the landlord is always quick to get anything fixed like a tap got a little loose and was repaired the next day, very very understanding with rent payments and any inconveniences coming from student finance services, and ALWAYS have a laugh or a joke when they pop round or we pop in, 13/10 would recommend

Lived here for my second year and I’ve absolutely loved it and will be staying for my third year!! The accommodation is finished to a very high standard! Apartments are so spacious and finishing touches such as pictures, coloured walls etc really make it feel homely! The building is also very secure and safe and with the office been down stairs, any problems or worries can easily be sorted! Staff are fantastic and always very happy to help! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

I've heard the unsatisfactory stories of other student accommodation providers in Hull, but have neither experienced nor heard of any bad experiences with Castle Homes. The accommodation is exceptionally well priced considering the high standard of the modern finish throughout. Furthermore, the staff are extremely accommodating to student requirements, with the tenants best interests always coming first.
