These guys are the worst, avoid at all costs.
They came round to my room trying to intimidate me over a noise complaint. They tried to claim they could evict me in 24 hours. They tried to scare me out. They didn't like me from the start. They made up stuff I'd said about the members of staff. I was just like a normal person, maybe at times I made a bit of noise but let me tell you, if you move here you will face constant noise from the main road, constant noise from others, and frequent smoke alarm which forces every resident to go outside every time! I moved out, said I'd be back to clean, they

Pacific court is such a good place for students also workers. There prices range from just over £50 a week which is ace. The rooms are quite modern but have an urban feel in some of the rooms have a brick wall which is so nice. It’s such a nice complex to be on as even if you do know someone you still acknowledge them.
I would really recommend this accommodation if you’re a student it’s cheap and in a nice area of old town.

Staff and management are so lovely and helpful and help with any problems we may have with our rooms/the building. I'm living here as a young person working full time and the only complaint I have is with occasional noise very late on a night into the early hours of the morning - but it is student accommodation as well so it's to be expected.

I have lived at Pacific Court both as a student and as a graduate and it has been excellent in both instances.
As a student it was ideal to be living in the city centre outside of the student bubble. Getting to properly get to know the city and form connections with people other than fellow students. As a graduate and young professional Pacific Court has been adequate, again the location is of massive benefit, and the room is of good quality. The facilities are a great benefit to living here. Overall you'd expect to pay twice as much for comparable accommodation, in a grade II listed building

After being here a year I can't say that this place isn't really good. It is in an perfect location in town. And is extremely good value for money. Any issues I have had with studio the office admins help resolve quickly in an friendly manner. I would say the only real downside is that it is a bit far from the university. However, it is very easy to get a bus or even cycle there. Overall really satisfied and would recommend to any students that want to move in!

The staff are super friendly & understanding, Kerry & Kirsty, they are so helpful & kind-hearted & will help u will any problem ur facing. I lived in a studio which is quite cheap if u compare it with London, which is where I’m from😂. I moved into Pacific Court in September and from there every time that I have a suggestion or complain everything is being taken in consideration. I was impressed by the commitment shown from the two ladies who manage the building and the Landlord when they organized events for us to get to know each other and bring our friends.
Kerry and Kirsty are very supportive and they have made it easier for me to be away from home. As an international student I think they are great. The have helped me in several occasions and been there for me. Pacific court has become my home away from home and Im very

Pacific court is a lovely place to live, staff are super friendly and approachable, it's a great place to socialise and make friends too, you become part of the Pacific court family and everyone supports each other. It has a nice friendly atmosphere and generally a good vibe. The staff really build a rapport with you and also encourage other tenants to get to know each other through events, which makes being away from home feel so much easier as you feel your part of a family rather than just living in an accommodation site
P.s. can't fault the staff, they are amazing, especially kerry and Kirsty

Pacific Court is a lovely place to live and the staff are very friendly! The studio apartments are great and supply you with a very nice kitchenette and just enough storage. The studio apartment I live in is a reasonable size and the bathroom is quite spacious, it is also a 5-10 minute walk to the city centre where you can quickly run to the shops for food and drink!
