I was amazed how rude the woman on the desk was and her father that decided she needed rescuing after I was trying to explain to her that the website didn't state clearly that the boat rides are only 15 minutes long. All I was trying to do was explain that it wasn't clear and I was confused and they made me feel like crap and threatened to kick me… and my family out if I said another word about it. As I had just travelled an hour to be there I ended up biting my tongue and decided that letting the world to know how crap of a company this is was a much better way of dealing with this problem
