Services
We run courses for paddle boarding all year covering equipment, and once you have mastered the basics we can help you choose if you want to buy your own board, or you are welcome to come down and hire any of ours. We have a wide range of boards to try out, from 9ft to 15ft, flat water boards or surf.
Hire a kayak in Brighton for totally unsinkable seaside fun. Our fully qualified staff will give instruction on how to use equipment prior to your launch into the sea, kit you up and supervise you at all times as you master the waves.

As an alternative to our Brighton beach location we'd like to welcome you to our new 2nd location at Piddinghoe lake - situated between Newhaven and Lewis, just off A259 from Newhaven. This is a private inland watersports location available for pre-booked group and family activities as well as training courses, corporate events, educational excursions and watersports tuition.

I had the most amazing time kayaking back in August 2020!

I wanted to do kayaking in London. I called couple of days in advance just when I was sure the weather wouldn’t be horrendous. Every kayaking/boat places in London was fully booked and for a Saturday slot you need to book ages in advance. And of course it’s weather dependent, so really inconvenient…
As a consequence, we decided to jump on a train to Brighton with my boyfriend and walked by Brighton Watersports randomly. We waited 10/15min and without even booking we could rent a kayak

Great place and Adam was super helpful and kindly ran me up my driving license I left behind. Went for a long paddle and needed exercise visiting from West Coast. Super nice location, great place and great people. Utterly amazed on a gorgeous sunny day I was the only one out. Thank you guys, will be back.

My daughter and I had a fantastic SUP lesson with Fraser last week. He filled us with confidence and was both supportive and fun during the lesson. Would highly recommend to anyone considering hiring an SUP to take this lesson. The whole experience from my initial call to the store to the friendliness of the staff on the day was brilliant. We were taught stand-up paddleboard by a very friendly and natural instructor called Fraser and would recommend their lessons to anyone. The price was reasonable and included everything you need. It was so fun we're going back to try it again. As well as hire and lessons, there's also a little shop where you can buy swim and watersports kit but because of the size the range is quite limited.

Wouldn't bother, came down from London to kayak. Turned up and staff talking between themselves when clearly waiting. Couldnt reserve a space, advised to come back in an hour - did so and had to wait while they were on the phone again and they said they shut early due to short staffing when they were just standing about chatting. Cheers guys
