We keep an extensive selection of hard to find classic Yamaha parts. Our main collection are aftermarket reproduction parts, but we now stock some genuine and OEM parts too.

Back in 1960' s 125cc engine motorcycles were used as utility vehicles, but as technology advanced, they became more and more popular as sport and touring bikes. If you were a teenager back in those days, the Yamaha YAS1 could have easily been a motorcycle of your dreams. Introduced in 1967 in Japan, Yamaha YAS1 defied all motorcycle logic with its miniaturisation and simplicity.
What do you associate Yamaha AT bikes with? It is the simplicity of a single cylinder dirt bike? The early days of learning how to ride a bike? Camping trips with family or helping on a farm? If you grew up in the 1960s or 1970s, this little gem could have easily played a massive part of your childhood.
The Yamaha CS series was started with 180cc Yamaha YCS1 in 1967. The very last bike model was the 1972 Yamaha CS5 before the reed valves were introduced classification changed to Yamaha RD200. Yamaha designed the CS motorcycles mainly to provide a practical and stylish option for commuting to work or a bit of off road fun over the weekend.
Yamaha Motocross Racing history is closely connected to the dual sport 2 stroke DT Models, even though the original purpose for 1968 Yamaha DT design was the demand for off-road bikes in the USA. In the 1960s in the United States, unlike in the United Kingdom, most of the learner drivers were practising their skills on dirt tracks away from the main traffic and ever watching policemen.
