Jacks on Trinity, just up the road, came along in 2013. Between both shops we offer what we think is the best range of official University Clothing, and gifts inspired by Cambridge, the Best of Britain and the good old Union Jack. Our ever-expanding range of Harry Potter products in Jacks, housed in a Hogwarts-esque room, is where you can lay muggle mitts on wands, scarves and wizard capes, notebooks, character clothing and figurines.

Customer service that you just don't get anymore...unless you buy from Jacks on Trinity. Bought my better half (certified Harry Potter fanatic!) a deluxe advent calender. had a delivery hiccup and they went over and above to ensure customer satisfaction. WILL definitely shop online here again. thank you so much Anne. ☺

I highly recommend the service of Jacks on Trinity, especially Anne. She helped me looking for the souvenir coin which is my daughter’s favorite but lost it few days ago. The gift is my niece bought my daughter… during her study tour in London this summer vacation. I am from Taiwan, Asia. Even I have not been to London ever, Anne is so nice and did a link particularly for me placing an order on website. Just couldn’t describe what my feelings while clicking the link pop up the coin.
