I'm not about to share a picture of me posing in my new trousers, or tell you why I had to order a larger waist, but I will admit to ordering from Gurteen recently. I probably bought my first pair or cords from M&S years ago, and acknowledge that they lasted well. No matter, I've previously ordered cords from either Boden or Charles Tyrwhitt.

Was sent a faulty product. Contacted the ‘customer services’ department repeatedly but, weeks later, have still to receive a single response. The company are quick to take your money but then just ignore their customers. Certainly not what I expected. Given up on getting my money back - it’s just not worth the hassle and the feeling of being treated like something Gurteen scraped off the sole of their shoe.
