We keep all designs on file, this way you can use the same embroidery or print for all your repeat orders.

I ordered a cap from P & M and it didn’t arrive. I emailed customer services expecting to hear nothing back anytime soon. On the contrary Adrian replied straight away reassured me and the parcel was tracked and arrived. He was polite and helpful and a real person! Excellent service. Would highly recommend using P&M clothing. I was liaising with Adrian who was fantastic throughout the whole process. We placed an order just before Christmas for some Band Merch, I didn't expect it to be done so quickly but they did a really quick turn around for me! Super happy with how everything came out.

Absolutely poor customer service. Ordered school jumpers, first of all they lost my order but promised them in time for the start of term. They have not arrived and there is no way to contact them. Phone rings out and no option to leave a message. One unhappy customer.

I didn't know P&M until I was directed by another company. Once in the door I was greeted by "Colin" who made me feel very welcome and at ease. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. I will DEFINITELY be returning in the near future.
