EASY ST. - formerly known as route Dorset, situated in the Nad E Ali district of Helmand province, southern Afghanistan. The name was used by soldiers serving with both the Welsh and Grenadier guards on operations in summer 2009 when Operations in Afghanistan where At their most brutal.
This stretch of road was the route used by the Taliban to escape when British forces mounted an operation to clear taliban insurgents from the west of the district.The Taliban had planted hundreds of improvised explosive devices and booby traps along the road to maim or kill anyone who would ever try to follow them in to the next village which they had now turned in to a Taliban stronghold.

This 45 minute consultation is where we get to know the client, who they are, what they want to achieve and why? This why can be an important factor. During the session, physical measurements / assessments will be completed as well as an in depth look in to current diet, lifestyle and training habits.

I joined Easy St Oct 2020 having completely lost myself and my confidence, I struggled to even look in the mirror as I didn’t recognise myself anymore and felt really down! I was so scared of going to a gym and felt so self conscious but thought I had to give it a go and PT with Easy St has literally changed my life! I can’t explain what Kelley (and Shay) have done for me, it’s not just about the weight loss but finding myself again, without judgement and complete support even if the scales aren’t friendly one week! Easy St. Is a professional, clean and vibrant personal training gym. Jamie trains me and really puts me through my paces, I've already seen improvement in my strength and stamina (No longer struggling to move my steering wheel as my arms are so worn after a session lol). He always has invaluable advice which has helped outside of my sessions. Myself and family members have used Jamie for a number of years and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon :)

This is the third time Helen has brought me out of a world of Pain. I went in as i was struggling to bend my right knee properly. Within 10 minute of arriving Helen has identified the problem area and work the calf muscles until they were loosened off. She then suggested acupuncture would also help the problem area. Within 5 days of the treatment, and some vigorous stretches at home, my leg is back in full working order.
Very professional and i cannot recommend her enough. No hour long boring consultations and lengthy waits like the NHS. The best at what she does!!!!!!

I've trained with Charley at East St for around 12 months and have really enjoyed our sessions together. She worked tirelessly to help me reach my goals (which we met despite me putting every obstacle in her way .... esp my overeating!!)
The best thing was her fantastic depth of knowledge and experience along with her really friendly nature which made a difficult client (me!) still look forward to training.
