Lquinn training provides you with everything you need to achieve your fitness goals; offering fitness boot camps, classes and personal training in Mossley, Saddleworth, Oldham, Stalybridge and Ashton-under-Lyne. Lquinn training was established in 2011 by Lewis Quinn to help people achieve their fitness goals through fun, yet challenging workout routines and personal training sessions.
Lewis has over 8 years in the fitness industry and has competed in National Bodybuilding & Muscle Model competitions. Lewis started off in local gyms before opening his own and because of his success and reputation in his field, he now has a 3500 sq foot private studio in Mossley. The all male training group that focuses on fat loss and improving your strength through weight training in our private gym.

I attend the strength camp. Each 1hr session is planned and lead by Lewis. During the sessions, Lewis will support you to develop your lifting technique and work with you towards your individual fitness goal.

Lewis is an excellent PT and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for that extra motivation and guidance to lose fat, build muscle or whatever their fitness goals may be. With Lewis’s support, I managed to lose over 20kg in 6 months and now feel fitter and stronger than I have in over 10 years.

A big 5 star review for L Quinn personal training. Lewis pushed me beyond my max every session. The sessions were tailored to me and my fitness and confidence really improved. He’s really friendly and supportive and the training was always reinforced with positivity. I loved that I never knew what was coming next so I had no time to worry! I’ve trained in a lot of environments and the personal training from Lewis is of a really high standard at a competitive price.

I have been personal training with Lewis for almost a year and cannot recommend enough! The facilities and equipment are excellent.
Lewis has helped me push myself further than what I was achieving on my own, and the results I have seen reflect this. He is also really flexible on dates which has been great for me as a shift worker.
