Services
Woodbine Street has a warm, welcoming ambience that helps you feel relaxed and confident ensuring the best possible performance. Our control room is based around an Audient ASP 8024 mixing desk and Pro Tools HDX, full 24 in / out. We have available a selection of vintage transformers and valve mic-pre's for that analogue crunch and the Audient's own mic pre's for a super Hi-Fi sound.
Audient ASP8024, (recently renewed with a brand new replacement). Dave Deardon of DDA fame designed this desk to be the most Hi Fi in its class. It's awesome and suits digital recording perfectly. We use high speed transmission cable for all critical audio paths and high grade low capacitance cable elsewhere for highest fidelity.

John is super knowledgable, super friendly and honestly made my entire experience comfortable from start to finish. He makes it look easy although I’m sure it’s far from it!
As an independent ‘bedroom-based’ artist, I was communicated with consistently and all of my simple questions were answered and needs catered to.
Truly the nicest team I’ve worked with (music industry or not) and they don’t compromise professionalism and skill with friendliness. They have it all!!!!
I will be back, and recommend them to anyone from beginner to years of experience.

It has been consistently a great place to record since the punk days. And why? Because mr john a rivers knows his stuff. The Accused have just finished our album 'They should've had red hair' to be released on Jan 12th 2018 check out the sound of Woodbine. Superb studio superb engineer John's the man!! .

John Rivers is an amazing producer and mix engineer and he has worked with me on my first album making it sound incredible. 3 songs I recorded at Woodbine got to the final of the UK Songwriting Competition in the Rock and A/C Categories. I highly recommend this studio and at a great price too! Thanks Jon! :)
