Our speciality from day one, and we have many years of experience working with bands. We have full facilities for recording, mixing, editing and post production of any project. Here at Priory Recording Studios we are quite often checking through mixes prior to mastering.
In addition to that we also provide a full mix evaluation service, where the mixes are checked and metered under our critical listening conditions by an experienced mixing and mastering engineer.We then give a detailed list of our findings along with suggestions on how the mixes could be improved upon before submitting the tracks for mastering.

The main multitrack systems are the SSL Soundscape and Avid Pro Tools DAW's with 1 x SSL MX4 DSP accelerator card, and 2 x SSL Alpha Link AX 96kHz/24Bit converters with 48 analogue Inputs and Outputs (32 at 96kHz/24bit). 1 UAD2 Quad DSP plug-ins card complements the system.For midi recording/sequencing we have a RME based system with RME ADI-8 DS 96kHz/24Bit converters.

Please try to enquire well in advance of your required session dates in order to ensure availability. Once confirmed a deposit of 25% is required to secure the dates and the remainder of the payment in full at the end of the session.

As a vocalist it’s great to come across a producer/engineer like Greg who works fast and goes above and beyond to help you to achieve what you’re after, whilst being really easy to communicate with. Greg has helped me with a few projects so far and I always get what I need! Hot drinks offered throughout with a vast selection of tea...... win:win
