Services
At Gabucci we really do want to provide something very special in terms of service and quality of products. We stock some very well known labels including John Smedley and Claudio Lugli and are one of the few suppliers of each outside of the famous London department stores. But we also supply a fabulous range of suits and shirts made for us from the finest fabrics by traditional, European fashion houses.

The link also takes you to a page with more written information on the services we provide. We do the smart trousers. We do linen trousers this time of year. You could have them as a three-piece suit or the jacket and the waistcoat or the trousers separate.
We've been asked many times to produce suits for younger customers, particularly for schools and the ever popular end of school proms. As we expand our ranges, we've been able to produce suits for children and young adults at a very reasonable cost that meet our usual design and quality standards, so we are now proud to announce the introduction of both Charcoal and Navy, two and three piece suits, with the option of additional trousers.
The perfect gift for every man, a Gabucci virtual gift card that can be used online toward a purchase of his choice at any point. We offer vouchers at 50,100,150,200 and 250. On purchase of the virtual gift card, we will send a code to the chosen recipient which can be used on any online purchase. We also now offer printed gift vouchers too, which can be redeemed in store.
We are pleased to announce that the store on Milsom Street is open as normal but you can shop online too. We are open online and completing orders as quickly as possible. Please note we take online payment through PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account to purchase, click PayPal when you are ready to complete your order and then you can either select to pay by credit card or by PayPal.

Terribly rude sales person.
My partner and I left the store without even having a proper look because the younger member of staff was quite agressive and made us feel uncomfortable.
Looking at other reviews, we weren't the only ones.
With this level of customer service, I'm amazed they stayed in business.
It's possible their clothes are good, but I guess we'll never know.

World class. High quality product, guru knowledge and the kind of ownership you’d want from a small business. To the reviewers who are posting about how “rude” staff was or other negative posts about personalities in this shop: loosen up. My clothes were referred to as “shocking” and my wife and I are still laughing because he wasn’t wrong! I can go to other stores and get good stuff. I’ll go back here for the experience and the product. Reminded me of walking the streets in Taormina or Sorrento.

Yes, the banter was fierce and very honest but their knowledge was second to none and the quality of the clothes…..wow 🤩
I purchased a couple of shirts and jackets, both of which were altered and ready for collection the following day.

I have to agree with some of the other reviews about this place in regards of customer service. The two staff members in the shop are lacking in any manners or customer service. I had to walk out as I felt very uncomfortable in the shop, especially with the younger of the two men, who is extremely rude.

WOW what can I say about this terrible store. The younger guy in here has no manners what so ever and even swears at you for no reason. As a small business, customer service should be right up there but no one in this store seems to understand this. Please do not waste your time or hard earned cash in this place.

Extremely rude staff. Didn’t even ask if we needed any help and then assumed we couldn’t afford the suits without even asking what we were looking for/ our price range, stating this shop isn’t suitable for us as it’s “too expensive”. Vile experience. Train your staff on customer service because it is extremely lacking.

Best place to buy a suit in Bath loads of choice amazing shirts, jackets,shoes,ties,belts. Really professional staff, polite and witty too. Quality and price excellent,don't take my word for it go and look for yourself you wont be disappointed .
