We are a small family run farm and shop that grows and sells fresh fruit and vegetables. We have a passion for what we grow and sell, what we don't grow we source locally from other farms. We care that our customers are getting freshness, flavour and great value for money, they dont have to pay a fortune for the produce that they are buying.
Services
We stock a large selection of fresh potatoes vegetables and fruit, eggs and local made bread, jams, pickles biscuits cakes. We grow and sell bedding plants and refill customers own hanging baskets and containers and well as selling ready filled baskets and containers. We fill the hanging baskets that hang from the lampposts on the main road in lydiate.

Brilliant prices much more affordable than Tescos and quality is FAR FAR superior AND lasts 10-12 days in fridge. Have never looked back since we started shopping here, worth the extra trip!!!!

Fresh, good quality local produce available. Items from farther afield also in stock, the dates are scrummy.
Plenty of parking and never a long wait to be served.

Cute day out. Lasted about 1hr 30. Get there when they open beginning of August so you can get pumpkins with the stalk, they add to the character of the pumpkin. There are rides for the kids, take cash you'll need it . The food, pumpkins and farm shop all accept card payments but the rides do not.

We went pumpkin picking with my granddaughter and family. We had a great time and my granddaughter loved it. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a well stocked farm shop and a stall selling homemade pies.

We wanted to explore the pumpkin field and give our toddler a good experience but it wasn't good here. After a short walk through the pumpkins we had to pass the rides and we let her go on the bouncy castle type one. £2.50 for 5 minutes, but the worst part was that the lady taking the money didn't have a care in the world and failed to notice that all the kids on it were ending up cold and wet as they had to take their shoes off and it had rained the night before. A quick wipe with a towel would of been sufficient.

Great fun. Staff were friendly, plenty of pumpkins to choose from, reasonably priced and the fair was great for kids. Only real downside were the parking arrangements which were out of the farm's control. While there is a spacious car park, many visitors chose to park on the road, meaning that traffic and pedestrians were severely hindered.

One toilet, fairground with dangerous ride (started to fall apart, waltzer ride started to fall to bits, only held together with wooden props), tasteless coffee, £2.50 for a lollipop, not a pleasant experience, should have gone to Pumpkin Alley up the road. We paid £30 for the "pleasure" of picking 7 pumpkins, plus kids mithering to go on rides, eat unhealthy sugary food. Parents you cant buy your kids love by spending money
Horrible money oruientated experience, not the halloween family experience I was after with my grandkids.

The farm is decent with loads of fun activities for kids and adults. There are a few animals on the farm, but we only saw the Swans and ducks when we visited. The pumpkins are of good sizes, and the biggest ones are available at the till. There is hot food on site, i.e., burgers, chips, sausages etc. Also, there is a farm shop with fresh fruits and vegetables available for sale. Overall, a good day out for about 2 hours.

Amazing place! The food was amazing and my kids loved picking our pumpkins. We hope that the next October comes again quickly so we can visit once again.
