In this short article I'm going to provide some tips on how to negotiate and things to consider when negotiating your property purchase. I'll keep the article brief as I've also created the attached video to help explain apologies about. I asked Castle Surveyors Ltd to conduct a Homebuyers Survey Report on a home I was purchasing in the Southampton area. The level of detail provided in the report was very good and uncovered a number of issues I was not expecting. Wayne, the surveyor, was also very helpful over the phone explaining his findings.

Wayne provided an excellent service in conducting a survey in a good timespan. The survey he provided was extremely comprehensive and revealed some important points of the property that would require attention that we were unaware of.In addition he provided follow up advice with regard to the survey that he was more than happy to share with us. Would have no qualms in recommending and use again.

Used this company for a house purchase survey after researching local surveyors. Not only were they the best value but they carried out the survey within days (due to a cancellation this was even quicker than expected) and had the report to us within 48 hours of completion. It was thorough and highlighted a number of areas that required further attention. Having then spoken to the surveyor on the phone he was able, at my request, to supply the names of suitable local businesses who I could approach to carry out further checks for us. We were very impressed with the service throughout.
