At Ruby & Belle Cakes, we are passionate about creating beautiful wedding cakes that will be a stunning centrepiece at your reception. We combine our years of experience in cake baking and professional, friendly service to provide you with a delicious, hand crafted cake that has been designed just for you.
During your consultation, we will spend time getting to know you and the romantic journey that you've taken as a couple. This can either be in person, by email or by phone. We will talk through your wedding plans, ideas and requirements, and we will advise you on all aspects of your cake. You will also have the opportunity to sample some of our cake to help you decide which flavour or flavours you'd like for your big day.

After spending many years making cakes for friends and family, the idea of starting Ruby & Belle Cakes was a natural and exciting venture. I'm also a hopeless romantic and love to hear about what brought people together. I feel privileged to bring my obsession for cake making and genuine interest in people together, resulting in wedding cakes inspired by love.
Below are some popular wedding cake flavours but if there is something you have in mind, please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate this. Please let me know of any allergies or food intolerances. As all of the wedding cakes from Ruby & Belle are bespoke and individually designed to order, pricing varies.

Leanne went above and beyond our expectations. From our initial consultation, Leanne listened to what we wanted and was able to provide suitable suggestions when needed. We were able to taste test different flavours (although it was so difficult to make a decision as all of the flavours on offer were amazing). Leanne kept us updated throughout the whole process and her communication was fabulous, we always got a response very quickly whenever we had a question! We were so pleased with our finished cake, it tasted incredible and looked exactly how we had imagined (well, actually it looked better

Ruby & Bells made the cake for my daughters christening. I gave Leanne a brief of woodland and flowers and her imagination and craftsmanship outdid anything I could have thought up myself. The attention to detail was outstanding, she created a very eye-catching cake and a perfect centre piece for the party. We chose the flavours salted caramel for the 1st tier and raspberry for the 2nd. I thought the salted caramel might be a bit sickly but it wasn't at all, infact i had 2nd helpings of both flavours. Delicious. Can't recommend enough.
