Congratulations, you're engaged! When you make an appointment with us, you will be welcomed by one of our experienced consultants. Our team all have experience of design and dressmaking and know our dresses very well, to help find the best style and fit for you. They will guide you through your appointment, recommending styles should you wish, and assisting you with trying on gowns.
At the studio we have a varied collection of stylish bridesmaids available in over 50 colours and to order in sizes UK 6-36. We have a range of styles including maxi dresses, multiway wrap gowns and sassy tea length dresses. Prices start at 189. Our Hove studio is close to Brighton and run by a passionate and welcoming team, offering a personal and professional service.
We are pleased to be a stockist of the 'Brighton Belle' tea length wedding dress collection, exclusive to Sussex! We are now Brighton's largest stockist of short wedding dresses! This is a dedicated collection of sassy tea length wedding dresses with a retro feel. This vintage inspired collection of short bridal gowns feature details from the 1950's such as satin collars, sheer sleeves and circular skirts, perfect for dancing in!
Ocean Outlet is our fabulous discount wedding dress department. You will find a selection of over 50 ex sample or brand new overstock gowns with up to 75% off their original retail prices. These gowns can be taken home today, ready to buy off the peg. So if you don't have enough time to order, or if working to a budget, or if you just love a bargain!
At Ocean Bridal we offer dedicated appointments with our in-house designer, this ensures you are offered the best possible service. We are conveniently located directly behind Hove train station in Sussex. We're a few minutes train ride from Brighton, 1/2 hour from Haywards Heath and less than 1 hour from London.

Cannot recommend Ocean Bridal highly enough. Simone has been so patient, professional and helpful when purchasing my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses- especially given the Covid restrictions we've all had to work around this year. I cannot recommend Ocean Bridal Studio enough. Being a female on the larger side I had lost all hope in finding my dream dress in most bridal shops before visiting Ocean Bridal.
The experience that Simone gave me and my mum was amazing!!! She made us feel very at ease and was helpful every step of the way. I had the most relaxed, enjoyable and fun session at ocean brideal studio. Simone was fantastic and really listened to what i was looking for, and gave helpful and constructive advice. I arrived feeling a little overwhelmed as it was my first time trying dresses on but simone put me and my mum at ease straight away. Huge variety of very beautiful dresses. I'm a vendor in this industry and I spent over a week researching the best bridal boutiques. Ocean Bridal are the best! It was my first ever time trying on wedding dresses and I will cherish the experience that I had forever. Simone was so helpful, caring and listened to every detail. I went into the shop with no real idea of what I wanted but Simone was so open to my ideas and thoughts that I did have I feel she figured out what I liked before I even did. Great selection of beautiful dresses- mine was 'Rosalyn' from the Brighton Belle collection of tea-length dresses they stock. My Maid of Honour wore a bridesmaid dress that they helped rush-order for me when we'd almost left it too late to get anything, that ended up being the perfect dress for her. Simone and the rest of the team are really lovely, super friendly and helpful, and picking out my dress was such a fun experience from start to finish. Thank you!

When looking for a place to get that all-important wedding dress Ocean Brides seems to be one of the better ones in the local area. Having not utilized their services myself I can only go on recommendation, however, everything I've heard sounds good. The staff are all well-trained and knowledgeable and they apparently make a massive effort to give you that personal touch, as they ask you book an appointment in advance so they can organize for a personal stylist. I rarely offer out the 5 star red rating, not because i'm mean, but because almost all businesses could do with improving. Ocean Bride is a thankful exception, doing just about everything that my family asked of them.
We have been to a number of bridal shops to try and find the ideal dress, while most of the service received has been very good, none were up to the standard of 'Ocean'.
The eventual dress we bought was altered at request to fully suit what was wanted, this coming at no extra cost (although at £599, that is only fair).
