Future Inns in the UK were founded, by Bruce, Marilyn, and Del Brett. Our Cardiff hotel opened in 2005, followed by Plymouth in 2006 and Bristol in 2009. They follow the template of the commercially successful and popular Future Inns in Halifax, Canada, which opened in 1989. We hope to open many more hotels across the UK in the future.
So for those of you who love the Future Inn concept, we hope that the future is a little brighter. Thank you for choosing a family-owned, independent hotel group for your next hotel stay. If you book your accommodation via our own website, incidentally, we guarantee you won't find a better price anywhere else - and if you do we'll match it with no argument.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice quiet room, had a good night's sleep. Only complaint was a dripping toilet, but just closed the bathroom door. The free parking is via an arrangement with the Cabot Circus carpark next door; you leave your car there and get your ticket stamped at hotel reception when you check out.

We were visiting Bristol for the day so we didn’t have a room here, just had breakfast. Found the staff very friendly and attentive. The price was £14 per person, which was a little steep in my opinion but to be expected since it was the city centre. The food was nice, just found the sausages to be of poor quality; tasted cheap. I loved the scrambled egg, that was creamy. Coffee was good as well the latte tasted nice. Will look to possibly stay here in the future.

On arrival Arnold was very professional and polite. It was our first visit and he explained everything to us. Room was very clean and water in the room. Tea/coffee available. With biscuits 😀 parking is free in Cabot’s . The hotel is perfectly located for city centre dining and shopping. Xmas market was just being set up. Breakfast was good great choice.
Will be back.

The Future Inn is a little bit of a bus ride outside of the town centre and I wouldn't recommend it if you're visiting the area for the town.
We booked a room here because of a wedding that was being held out in the country a bit and it was the most reasonably priced in the area. There seemed to be a lot of other wedding parties, builders and business people staying at the Hotel.
There's nothing to write home about for this place but that's no bad thing. It was clean, a little dated but perfectly adequate for a short stay in the area. Staff were friendly enough and the breakfast

Basic hotel to sleep in if you are traveling through the area. I have them 2 stars due to the maid service. Both nights of my stay the maid pretended to clean our glassware by just putting the paper back on the dirty glassware. The glassware was visibly dirty on the inside and around the rim...gross! I don't understand how lazy one can be and why this would be done both nights in 2 separate rooms. Based on sanitary issues I would not recommend staying here.

Future Inn is an out of town hotel which is amied at buiness users on the indrustrial estate it is situated on. The hotel is very modern and spacious and most of the rooms come with 2 double beds, free internet (thats thru the TV so is very limited) and little extra features like steam free mirrors in the bathroom. The only slight downside is the restuarnt, there never seems to be enough staff on and something seems to go wrong most times, saying that the staff that are there are making the best of it.
