They have been closely involved in the design and sale of both plastic and metal eyewear for over 40 years. The last 30 years have been occupied in the design, manufacture and sale of purely rimless eyewear. The totally dedicated staff have been trained to provide the very best in personal service that you would associate with a bespoke product.
Midas Eyewear is pleased to be able to offer lenses subject to them being compatible with your prescription and your opticians recommendations. Midas Eyewear has a close working relationship with major lens suppliers and is a Nikon Approved Prescription House, a member of the newly launched Transitions(R) LabNetwork, a Varilux Specialist Glazing Laboratory, a Zeiss Clarity Lens Centre and a Hoyalux iD Specialist.
This plastic acetate side has metal mounts inserted into the lenses and is available in a collection of four different lens designs. The illustration above shows the solid blue side with a decorative blue shell inner surface that gives this side subtle elegance. Like all our other mounts, these rimless products are imported from the Dolomite valleys in the northern area of Italy, thereby decreasing our carbon footprint.
The sides and front lugs have been precision laser cut to giving four coloured strips that have been coloured to contrast with the sides. This particular collection is almost ahead of its time both in lens and side design. The choice of models available - a total of six - may be extended by using any of the four lens designs in the Brava range, all of which are suited to this model.
