Coba Education work hard in building relationships with schools and teachers so we can provide you with all that you need. This can either be short or long term, permanent or temporary placements, in Primary, Secondary and SEN schools. By choosing Coba Education as your agency, you will be working with a motivated and effective team who are focused on finding the right match between teaching staff and schools.
Adrianne joined us straight from school in 2007 and has been an asset to the company since she started. With over 13 years experience as a Staffing Specialist Adrianne is now a Senior Staffing Specialist for the Northampton primary desk. Eve joined us in 2018 and looks after the Bradford Office as well as Northampton's primary desk alongside Adrianne.
We are delighted to confirm that Coba Education Ltd have been awarded REC Audited Education Status. The REC Audited Education award verifies that Coba Education Ltd policies and procedures are in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act, The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003, the REC Code of Practice and safeguarding practices in relation to children.

As soon as I registered with Coba Education, Ian was on the phone within seconds of me submitting my registration. I was stunned by his swift response and Ian's professionalism. I was very impressed with Ian's conduct and willingness to listen and move things around for me.
Register online from the home page and we will then call you to arrange a face to face meeting where we can verify your documents and get to know you over a cup of tea! Proof of identity (passport/driving licence) and two proofs of address (utility bill/bank statements). Coba Education will then carry out our own DBS check, unless you have a current DBS that is signed up to the update service that fits our requirements.

I have enjoyed working with Coba Education as a primary school teacher on a casual supply basis. Eve and Adrianne from the primary service are both friendly and professional agents who endeavour to offer pre-bookings. Where possible, these are repeat bookings to ensure familiarity with the school and children. It might be a sign of the times but I have been offered work every day. There is no pressure to take a job you are not comfortable with and you can specify areas/distances you want to cover. They check your availability for the week ahead so it is a flexible role that you can fit around other

Nicest agency I know and I know lots of agencies. They listen to you, don't force you to do anything you not confident to do and always nice, polite and respectful. They do give you references what not all agencies do and they will take care of you. It was only Coba what put me on furlough during lockdown, even I was working for other agencies what didn't care, too. Lots of jobs and such a lovely people. Highly recommend

I had an amazing experience with Coba. Both Sarah and Abi supported me through every step. The money was really good, better than most agencies, and if I had any problems the team were ready to help. I'm very grateful to have worked for them and if I return to supply teaching in the future I wouldn't hesitate to get back in touch. I would have given a zero star if there was that option. Very exploitative teaching agency who try to under pay teachers for the work they do. They do not guarantee work so a huge negative.
Coba education were keen to employ me again but they said they will only take me back if I was to delete my negetive review about them . I said no because my review was honest and if I recieved poor service then I should be honest about it. Outrageous that they think they could manipulate you .
