Martin was fab with advice and a very neat installation. He offered to deliver more salt when needed which we thought was fab but despite asking for over 2 weeks we are still waiting for our salt. We love our water softener and have now had to order elsewhere.
We appreciate the work volume Martin may be under but we are quite disappointed with the after service of the promise to get more salt when needed.

Martin at Compass was brilliant! He explained all the options so that we could make an informed choice in our own time. It was a relief to dealt with Martin after receiving visits from the overbearing 'salesmen' from the other major softener companies. Needless to say, we chose Compass to fit a softener for us and we've never looked back! Lovely down to earth guy who always had a smile on his face! Clean and tidy work and very competitive!
