There was a mix-up about check in and the location was not the best. The room was clean, but the shower had issues with hot water.

Absolutely spotless, lovely staff were helpful and professional, breakfast was great, bed was clean and comfortable. Cannot fault the prices either. Also great location for getting to town

Could not fault the service we received during our visit. Our room was spotless and more than comfortable. The decor throughout was beautiful. Our breakfast was fantastic, with a large range of items to choose from. Would definitely visit again if we are in the area.

Stayed here overnight to break a long journey up. Lovely family room we had, presented well, bed comfortable and a great breakfast (which you order the night before). Highly recommended to stay here 😀

Very nice clean b&b a short walk fro the train station, superb breakfast included in price.i arrived at 10 am and walked to abbey court and was able to leave my backpack ,this made a different to my day as I was site seeing Carlisle .it's a b&b not the Ritz,but it's very nice.if you like smaller type hotels abbey court is just 300 metres to the town, between the b&b and the station is, Witherspoon's,a buffet Chinese restaurant and Indian restaurant.i enjoyed my stay.thank you Kelly & David.

I loved this little B&B. Great friendly welcome and a really nice clean room. Small but very cosy and a great place to take a break on the Hadrians Wall Walk.
I walked past it twice at night. Probably my fault.
Good food nearby and easy walk to town.
Breakfast was on time, filling and exactly how I like mine.
The Garden at the back looks a nice place to spend time.

Great owners and staff. Really nice comfortable accommodation which is easy to find. The breakfast was good and they went out there way to accommodate my fussy kids.

Sorry I'm quite late with this review, but I stayed here for work purposes about roughly 18 months ago now, the booking, communications etc was great from the start, the room turned out to be nice and the breakfast along with the super friendly lady who served me was amazing.
Highly recommend.
