We stayed in December and the (only) radiator in the room was only lukewarm, so the room was cold during the day and very cold at night.
There was no heating whatsoever in the bathroom, not even a heated towel rack, so the bathroom was freezing cold the whole time.
The room price wasn't too bad but their restaurant prices are ridiculous - there are other restaurants close by that are just as nice at much better prices.

Stopped here overnight, £65 double room (2 single beds pushed together), was warm, comfortable. The meals were al a cart so were way over priced, £35 for a 250gram steak, went and got takeout. Staff were pleasant and friendly enough. Breakfast was a little sparse, had full Scottish, 1 of everything.
Overall a good and comfortable night sleep, but if it hadn't been a booking.com deal I wouldn't have chosen this.

Nice hotel unfortunately the room was cold and bathroom needed a good clean. View from room of the river beautiful and access to town great only 10 minutes away. Would definitely check state of room before agreeing to stay if I went back. Pity as bedroom was great bar temperature. Radiators located behind long curtains didn't help.

Booked a club room and was disappointed. The room itself was clean but rather cold even with the heating on full. The shower room was tiny, there was nowhere to put soap bags etc. Being an older building I thought it would be well insulated, how wrong i was. No alarm clock required. Expect noise in the evening when people are arriving etc but at 5am wide awake as person in next room was up and about. On the upside breakfast was lovely.

We stayed here as the last stop on our NC500 trip and booked it after reviewing the hotels on the NC500 website... it did not disappoint! The room we had was good, spacious, clean and well appointed and looked out over the river. The restaurant was a revelation with a fantastic menu that fused Asian flavours with local fish and meat. Highly recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout and we would definitely stay here again.

Had a very pleasant stay, great location on the of verge of the city centre at river front. Room nice and clean, good size bathroom and shower was good, did lack a drink cooling facility but ice was available via room service.
Nice cooked Scottish breakfast, however continental option fell a bit short. The breakfast was included in price, courtesy of booking direct with hotel.
Staff were pleasant and helpful when required. Drinks were reasonable and in line with normal hotel prices, though cocktails were a bit pricey.
Nice riverside walks and fun crazy golf activity centre nearby.
Will definitely

We stayed here two nights with our tour group. Our corner room which was quite spacious was in the Windsor annex just a short walk across the car park. There are no lifts and no AC. We kept our windows open and used the fan. Our bed was quite firm and the pillows were flat. We were only in our room to shower and sleep. Breakfast was included but service was slow. The first morning, we were told that something was wrong with the stove. The food was good overall. We didn't eat lunch or dinner there because after looking at the menu, choices were limited and expensive. There's s nice bar

I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel. It's right on the bank of the Ness River and just a few miles from Loch Ness. The hotel is beautiful, clean, friendly and reasonably priced. The bartender, Kevin, made our stay even better. He is a walking encyclopedia in whiskey and it was a joy talking to him. Kevin is a major asset to this place. The night time walks near the river and across the bridges are amazing. This was the best hotel I stayed in during my UK travels. I would absolutely stay there again.

We visited four cities and stayed in three hotels over the course of our two-week vacation. The Glenmoriston was by far the best hotel - based on value, location, comfort, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff.

The hotel is situated right on the bank of the River Ness. It's within easy walking distance of the Ness Islands in one direction, and the main part of town - shops and restaurants - in the other direction. I liked that it was a bit removed from "the bustle" of the city (if Inverness can ever be said to "bustle"), but close enough to get to without a car.

Whomever took the photos for the website deserves a star!!

Beware of the place that doesn't show a photo of the OUTSIDE, having seen this photo I would have said, "no thank you"!

This is a refurbished house-motel, with add-ons everywhere. It is not a Town House. It is not a Hotel. It is not 4 star if you are of American standards.

We arrived at 2 pm and were "greeted" by a grumpy twenty-something who ONLY said to us upon entering the "lobby"..."put your luggage in that room down the hall and come back after 4 pm, that's when check-in is'!

The Glenmoriston Town House Hotel has all the makings of a top place to stay but it just didn't hit the mark for me I'm afraid.

The hotel itself is attractive and well maintained, and it's location is perfect, nestled on to the banks of the River Ness, just a short five minute walk into town.

The room itself was modern, clean and tidy, if a little on the small side.

All the staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful, and the bar/cocktail lounge is great. We returned quite late on the evening of our stay for a late night cocktail, and realising we were quite hungry

This was a very nice quaint hotel on the River Ness. It was within walking distance of the downtown \/ city centre (5 min leisure stroll) but far enough away to not be disturbed by the pubs etc. The room while on the small side but very comfortable and well decorated. The staff was helpful and curteous during the entire visit. Breakfast at Contrast Brasserie was included in our room and was excellent. There was a buffet with fruit, cereal\, etc and then we also had the option to order hot food including a traditional Scottish Breakfast. Overall a great place to stay and in a beautiful setting
