If you have the 'original' paper driving licence, this remains valid. When hiring a vehicle from us, we still need to validate your driving license and any endorsements as the photo card does not currently provide the up to date information on disqualifications and endorsements.

From the phone call to the collection of a van for house moving, all was smooth and trouble free, all done at the last minute. However I have encountered a few problems along the way, flat battery after loading van, also on the second day, bank holiday, the van needed Ad blue, which I am unaware what to do or where to put it. I have several long early and late journeys so these worries are not welcome. All said I would recommend the company, but check out the vehicle closely.

Hired a van for 24 hours for a house move.
Collecting the van, I was shown around and the vehicle was in pieces, 14 damaged areas and hadn’t even been cleaned after the last hire ( used covid face mask still on the dashboard, muddy footwells, food on seats)
Whilst in possession of the van, the passenger mirror glass had broken (mirror was already damaged before collection).
I reported this to who I believe was the manager upon return of the vehicle and I was then on the receiving end of some very rude and angry behaviour, his attitude was poor and he said he would speak to someone and call
