Thank you so much for your help, patience and understanding. We contacted Travel SOS at around 1am for 10am flight and requested the driver to arrive at 6.30am in which I was so worried due to past experience. The bus arrived 15minutes earlier, helped us to load 18 boxes onto the bus, kindly waited at the airport drop-off while we transport the boxes into departure with the 5 kids in the bus. The experience was just made super easier. I will be in touch on my return for airport pickup. I highly recommend Travel SOS.......100%

We used the TravelSOS minibus for a school trip. The minibus booking came with a driver and everything was arranged professionally to a great standard. The changes to accommodate last minute changes were rearranged with a personal touch. The TravelSOS team were excellent with their communication and aftercare. I particularly appreciated the risk assessments and professional drivers.

I've used travel SOS on several occasions and have always found them to be very good. The buses are always clean, punctual and the driver's very accommodating. Used Travel SOS for a charity hike. They were on time and efficient. Their driver was super supportive and made sure all participants were comfortable. On the way back, participants requested to be on his mini bus (lol)
Also, we had a slight time change issue coming back, but Travel SOS were able to accommodate without any hesitation!

Amazing service. The mini bus driver came on time and was extremely helpful. It was raining heavily on the day and the driver helped us board quickly. Some of our people were delayed and he patiently waited knowing how the rain was causing delays. I'd like to highly recommend this minibus service who go beyond delivering a service of just getting you from a to b.
