Used action self drive to hire a mini van to take the whole family on a day trip.Easy hire and pick up.Van clean and well maintained .fair price was actually pleasantly surprised. well worth it to be with the whole family together 14 of us and room for picnic bags a wheelchair and a buggy.

If I could give zero stars I would the staff are rude and aggressive. I’ve never experienced such poor service. I wondered if it was because I’m a woman but no they were just as file with a male friend. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT POLITE HELPFUL STAFF

These guys saved the day!
I’ve collected a van from here, and it was easily the most efficient vehicle hire I’ve ever experienced!
Another hire company blatantly ripped us off earlier (..& didn’t care that what they did was illegal!), So I called Action urgently needing a van, & they sorted it with zero hassle!
I wish I’d called them first, & will do in future.
They were also cheaper, helpful, flexible, & left with a van within 10 minutes of arriving!
